Hello everyone,
I’m back again :).
Things have been interesting so far.
It nearly has been 2 weeks of doing the sustainability challenge. What I’ve noticed recently is that I got used to doing it, it doesn’t even feel like I’m eating a vegeterian diet. I have spoken to few people about my journey, but mainly they noticed when i say i’m vegeterian, so they kept asking questions like why and when did you start. That’s when I have to explain what I’m doing and why I am doing it. I didn’t really notice people being influenced by it. They rather seemed interested and impressed by the challenge itself. I must say reading everyone posts have greatly motivated me to keep going and do my best. We can do it! Best of luck to everyone, we are almost there :).

It's absolutely fantastic reading that your new habit is now vegetarianism and it's the autopilot response when you think about food and eating. Can you recognise how quick we can change our habits, even those that we've had for decades? It's also great that you're having these conversations with others. This is such an important aspect of affecting change - conversations. Curiosity can encourage others to also think about their own lives which you are seeing. Have you thought about the social, cultural, economic and political systems that might also need to change to allow you to continue with habit beyond the 30-days? Very often the practical changes to improve sustainability are tied into multiple systems, all of which require changing. Look forward to continue reading your posts over the coming two weeks.
