My challenge
Eat vegeterian food on weekdays

Hi,

This week went by fast! I would have to say it wasn’t easy, I had to be kept reminded not to eat any meat based products. Sometimes I forget, but luckily I didn’t. 

After this week ended, I realized that I feel more healthy and lightweight and I also have gained more energy from eating plant based diet. 

I guess I have to say that I’ve improved in some skills from doing this challenge, such as my cooking abilities got a bit better, as I found many delicious recipes online and cookbooks, as you can see above that’s one of my favourite dish from this week. 

As well as I started to see the interest my family was taking, even my friends were curios too. This made me happy that people were interested in what I was doing and asking questions based on this challenge and how it affects us. 

The hardest part of this challenge was being cautious of the food you are eating, for example some packaged foods contains hidden gelatine like mousses or marshmallows and jellies, but I got used to it after 4 days later.

 After all, I am happy to say that I do see small changes of me and around me. 

Very excited to see what’s next.:)
